Power Yoga
This sequence is a great option for beginners and seasoned yogis. With this fast paced class, you'll feel your body building strength and flexibility through each yoga pose while focusing on your breathe.
Yoga Sculpt
With a unique combination of high intensity interval training and yoga poses, you'll feel the heat build through this full body work out. You'll feel stronger, refreshed and flexible after this class. Weights are optional.
Trauma Informed Yoga
This class focuses on calming your nervous system through breathe and gentle movement while tapping into emotions in a safe setting.
Meet Ani Movement
Welcome to Ani Movement! My name's Ariana and I am so happy that you have found your way here. A little about myself and why my offerings may speak to you:
I have been practicing yoga since 2015 and certified since 2017.
While attending university, I went through a domestically abusive relationship. When it ended, I attended a yoga class at my fitness center. This is where my life changed. I dedicated my body, mind and soul to the movement. I spoke out about my experiences with domestic abuse at various events and told my story to hundreds of people. The more I shared my story, the more I wanted to help others who went through similar hardships.
After graduating in 2016, I came across a yoga teacher training at a nearby yoga studio and immediately signed up. I met so many amazing people, made meaningful friendships with my fellow trainees (that are still true to this day), and grew my knowledge of the yoga community and practice through teacher training.
When I received my 200 RYT certification, I continued my education through various workshops and trainings, including yoga sculpt, power yoga and trauma-informed yoga training.
I have been practicing yoga for almost a decade and have been teaching for the past five years. I am passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga to people of all ages, backgrounds, and various abilities. My classes are challenging, yet inclusive and accessible, and I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all who participate.
In my power yoga and yoga sculpt classes, I combine traditional yoga poses with high-intensity interval training to create a dynamic and energizing practice. My trauma-informed yoga classes are specifically designed to support those who have experienced trauma or are seeking a more gentle and nurturing practice.

I was never into yoga training at all, I never thought it was flexible enough or capable of all the stretches and movements but I tried one of Ariana classes and I fell in-love !!! She’s very patient and calm and makes the experience fun! She also does a lot of modifications if your not able to do a certain move. She’s also sooo friendly and makes you feel so comfortable ! Highly recommend!!

This morning's class was fantastic - the perfect amount of spicy sculpting and deep stretching. Ariana is an excellent instructor who brings her humor and compassion along with her knowledge to each of her sessions & I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Ariana is the best! She is such a great instructor, she really knows what she’s doing and she has very calm energy. She works with you to make sure you get the most out of your session and that it targets what you want, I love that one on one attention! She’s also really flexible with timing and virtual sessions are such a great idea for that time crunch when you can’t make it to the gym but want to move your body!
